These terms apply to purchases of Ghosts of Srok Khmer from Khyoocumber, operated by SEREYVUTHY SRUY.
The product
You are purchasing one digital copy of Ghosts of Srok Khmer delivered through a unique itch.io claim link. The purchase grants personal-use access under the applicable itch.io and game license terms; it does not transfer ownership of the game or its intellectual property.
Price and payment
The checkout price is USD 2.00. Any KHR amount shown is an estimate. ABA PayWay processes payment, and an order is fulfilled only after the server independently verifies the transaction, amount, currency, and approved status.
Delivery
Delivery is normally automatic to the order page and email address supplied at checkout. You are responsible for entering a working email address and keeping the private order and claim links confidential. If inventory is temporarily empty or email delivery fails, the order may require manual assistance.
Fair use and availability
Do not resell, publish, or share a claim link. We may refuse or cancel fraudulent, abusive, duplicated, or technically invalid transactions. If we cannot supply the purchased game, an eligible refund will be offered.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Cambodia. Nothing in these terms removes consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Contact support first so we can try to resolve any problem promptly.
