This policy explains how Khyoocumber handles information when you purchase Ghosts of Srok Khmer or contact support.
Information we collect
We collect the email address you provide, an internal order reference, payment transaction identifiers and status, fulfillment status, and support messages you send us.
- We do not receive or store your bank-account credentials, card details, or ABA login information.
- Security systems may process technical information such as IP addresses for rate limiting and fraud prevention.
How we use information
We use this information to create and verify orders, deliver itch.io claim links, send transactional email, prevent abuse, troubleshoot problems, process eligible refunds, and meet legal or accounting obligations.
Service providers
Information is processed only as needed by services that operate the store, including ABA PayWay for payment, Vercel for hosting, Neon for the database, the configured email-delivery provider, and itch.io for game claims. Each provider handles information under its own terms and privacy practices.
Storage and security
Credentials and unused claim links stay on the server. Private order tokens are stored only as hashes and are kept out of request search parameters. We retain records only as long as reasonably needed for fulfillment, security, accounting, dispute handling, and applicable legal obligations.
Your choices
You may ask for access to or correction of your support and order information, or request deletion where retention is not legally or operationally required. Contact support with your order reference. Never email your private claim link or admin credentials.
