We want payment and delivery problems resolved fairly while protecting single-use digital claim links.
Before a key is revealed
You may request cancellation and a refund before the itch.io claim link has been revealed, assigned, or delivered, provided the payment can be identified and has not already been reversed.
After a key is revealed
Because a digital claim link cannot reliably be returned once revealed, refunds are normally unavailable after assignment or delivery.
- Exceptions may be made when the supplied link is invalid, duplicated, already used before delivery, points to the wrong product, or the game cannot be supplied as described.
- Any refund or remedy required by applicable Cambodian law remains available.
How to request help
Email support with your order reference, purchase email address, and a clear description of the issue. Do not include banking passwords, one-time codes, or your private claim link. Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method when possible; processing time depends on the payment provider.
